Hey everyone!
I know you've noticed I've been MIA for quite some time. It's not because I haven't been thinking about you or because I haven't been working—life's just been doing its thing.
We all have our ups and downs, and for me, the biggest challenge has been the loss of my sister and best friend, Udi. She went to work one day, had an asthma attack, and passed away. It sent me into a deep depression that took over a year to come out of.
But I'm back now, and I'm excited to share what I've been working on! I've got new herbal products coming out with Herbal Healing Co. and a coffee alternative called Roasted Roots Tea hitting the shelves. Plus, there's a lot of new, fun content that's more in tune with where I am in life right now.
Oh, and guess what? Conscious Kid, aka Izzy, is turning 17 this year! Many of you have been with me since he was just seven. Time flies, right?

I'm looking forward to continuing this journey with you. Thanks for sticking around. Love you all!
Talk to you soon!
My beautiful sister Udy! I miss her so much. She was adopted into my family when I was 14 years old. She was my best friend in the world. My ride or die. My ace. My sister. She always gave me my flowers. She always told me why she loved me and why. She left and took a piece of me with her.
