Layering flavors is a great way to jazz up your smoothie routine. This smoothie has a peach mango bottom and a pineapple banana top.
1 cup of frozen mangos
1 cup of frozen peaches
1-1/2 cup of liquid of your choice
1 tsp of hemp seeds (optional)
1 cup of frozen pineapple
1 cup of frozen bananas
1-1/2up of liquid of your choice
1 tsp hemp seeds (optional)
3 slices of fresh peaches (optional)
Prepare bottom layer first by adding liquid, mangos and peaches into your blender and blend until smooth. Pour mixture into a glass and place in freezer. Next add liquid, bananas and pineapple to blender and blend until smooth. Pour mixture on top of mango peach layer and garnish with fresh peaches.
