Prepared elderberry syrup can be refrigerated for up to 3 months.

Shipping Policy
Please be advised that all of our products are made by hand in small batches to ensure freshness and potency. Please allow up to 2 weeks for items to ship. Once your items ship you will receive a shipping email with tracking information.
We ship worldwide via USPS (United States Postal Service) first class international mail. International and Military orders may take up to 20 business days or longer to arrive after being shipped. All international orders are subject to customs inspections and regulations. The length of time it takes for packages to to go through customs is at the discretion of the USPS and your local customs departments. Items shipped outside of the United States are subject to duties, taxes, handling and/or other miscellaneous charges as defined by the country of import. These fees are not included in the cost of your order and therefore cannot be reimbursed. Sometimes, these fees must be paid in order to receive your package. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order. Please be aware some international countries do not scan the package once it arrives in your country. If more than 20 business days pass, please contact your local post office or customs as the package may be held there.

In effort to keep our team, products and customer safe during the pandemic we do not accept product returns. Due to the inflated cost of supplies and constant logistical changes during the pandemic we cannot allow order cancellations or provide refunds at this time.
