Sriracha Fried Oyster Mushrooms

I love making fried oyster mushrooms. They have such a hearty and filling texture. I almost always use them in tacos but they are great alone as well. You can pretty much season them however you like but my favorite way to season them is with sriracha hot sauce.
Oyster mushrooms usually come in a big weird scary blob. Lol. Don't be scared just pull them apart into bite sized pieces.
Here is the wet and dry batter before mixing. Like I said before. use as much or as little sriracha as you desire. You can even season this batter however you like.
