Battle of the Burgers

I recently teamed up with my amazing friend Coach Gessie Thompson from The Detox Now to create a plant based burger to feature on CLEO TV for an epic burger battle cooking show. You can catch a preview of the show here and catch the full episode on CLEO TV Saturday 5/16 at NOON EST.

So often people assume that eating a plant based "electric" diet means that they will miss out on so many favorite recipes. I was super excited to share this lentil wild rice burger recipe in effort to spread a little "plant based food is super delicious awareness."
