As we all cope with the impact of Covid-19, here at Let’s Be Vegan we are doing all that we can to continue to provide products and services that you need. We are an extremely small team and like everyone, we are constantly waiting for the next update from government officials to see what our next steps are in our community. Every day we receive new information that impacts our personal lives and business. Here are some of the things that you should know.
Are we still shipping orders?
Absolutely, we will continue to ship as long as we can and will notify customers if that happens to change.
Extended Shipping Times
Typically, we ask customers to allow 14 business days for processing but due to the current Covid-19 impact, along with the extremely high order volume and limited staff we are experiencing longer shipping times with some of our products. Also, many of our vendors and suppliers are experiencing similar delays. We are all working together but some delays are inevitable at this time. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience during this time.
We are also working with our local United States Postal Office and doing our part to minimize contact and maintain social distance. We have been asked not to do USPS bulk package drop offs and instead allow a USPS courier to schedule pick up days on Wednesdays and Fridays only in effort to reduce contact and to not overwhelm USPS workers. So, if you order you should expect shipping confirmation emails with tracking information on those days only.
Our team is extremely small. Typically consisting of two sometimes three people (including myself) that handcraft each herbal product to order. However, now I am the only one handcrafting products to reduce social contact. We also currently have one customer service representative that responds to customer inquiries via email.
Contacting us for order updates
Due to extremely high order volume, we are currently receiving more emails than usual. Please be advised that it can take up to 48 hours to receive an email response. I know many of you follow my page on social media and sometimes like to send dm’s or post comments requesting order updates. I always try my absolute best to respond to them all. However, it is extremely difficult to manage customer inquiries via social media. It is best to email my assistant Samantha at for updates. Next week we will open phone lines so that you can call and speak with someone with any questions you may have.
