Are We Still Shipping Orders?
Absolutely, but due to the current pandemic and the constant adjustments we are several weeks behind our typical shipping time frame. Please take that into consideration BEFORE placing your order. We are trying our best to ship orders within 6-8 weeks. In most instances we can ship items much sooner. However delays can be inevitable during this time. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time
.We also ask that our customers understand that handcrafting herbal medicine requires much patience, especially during a worldwide pandemic. Once your item is prepared to ship you will receive an automated tracking email. Please allow 24-48 hours to see an update.
Returns, Cancellations and Refunds
At this time, for the health and safety of our team and our customers we do not accept product returns. We also cannot accommodate order cancellations or refunds. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please take this into consideration before placing your order.

Due to extremely high order volume, we are currently receiving more emails than usual it is advised to contact us by email to: ORDERS@LETSBEVEGAN.COM Please be advised that it can take up to 48 hours to receive an email response. We are currently not able to respond to social media DMs.
Impact of Covid-19
As we all cope with the consistently unforeseen impact of Covid-19 LBV is directly impacted by government guidelines on social distancing, essential business rules and the indirect impact of shipping delays from our vendors and to our clients. As the guidelines continue to evolve, we continue to work hard to provide you with quality products and customer services to the best of our ability. We are currently working with limited staff. We are also constantly experiencing delays from our vendors and suppliers. We are ALL working around the clock to serve everyone and stay safe. Please understand that we all must be patient during these times, especially when working with small, independent businesses.
When placing an order, you agree that all the information given is accurate and complete. You will receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order and an Order ID: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order.
By placing an order, you make an offer to us to purchase the products you have selected. We may or may not accept your offer at our discretion. If we cannot accept your order, we will contact you by email and shall refund any amount already paid to us.
